All our customers are advised, when trying shoes on, to remain indoors preferably on carpet as we cannot accept goods that are soiled or damaged to be refunded.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in its original box and unworn condition along with proof of purchase and we will refund the product price.Please note the items returned have to be resold, so it is best if they are placed in a bag before wrapping as this protects the box as well. This will not include postage and packaging.
If you wish to return an item, please ensure your name and address are enclosed with the item you are returning. We would recommend using a signed for delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for losses or damage in transit.
If you require an exchange, please give us full details of your requirements by email, telephone or enclose any additional information in the box.
Please obtain proof of postage for all returns.
Unfortunately our website is not a stock controlled website. Therefore it may sometimes display the option to select a size actually we might not have. We try our best to keep our website as up to date as possible however sometimes through exceptionally busy periods we cannot succeed.
